What is a Short Credit (SC)?
A Short Credit is what you spend to render one short. The cost depends on the model you pick: Speed = 1 SC, Quality = 3 SC, Cinematic = 4 SC, Premium = 7 SC. Creator includes 16 SC every month, Pro includes 40 SC. Credits never expire — including after you cancel.
Why credits instead of minutes?
Different models cost very different amounts to run. Pricing in credits lets you pay for the quality you actually choose, per short — instead of a flat per-minute rate that would overcharge fast renders and undercharge premium ones. One short is always one render; the only variable is which model you pick.
What are the four models?
Speed (1 SC, fast, 720p) for daily volume. Quality (3 SC, 1080p, best motion) — the daily driver most creators use. Cinematic (4 SC, 1080p, native audio) for hero shorts. And Premium (7 SC, 1080p, multi-shot + audio, Pro plan only) for your most important uploads.
Can I edit the storyboard before paying credits?
Yes — that's the whole point, and it's free. We generate an 8-scene storyboard from your prompt and let you preview every frame, edit individual scene prompts, or regenerate single stills before committing a single credit to rendering. The Free tier is exactly this: unlimited storyboard previews, no rendering.
What modes are available — narration or just visuals?
Both. B-Roll mode generates silent visuals only (great for music-overlay shorts). Narration mode adds an AI voice (ElevenLabs) reading your script over the visuals. You pick at the start, but you can always remix later.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your remaining Short Credits stay in your account. You just won't get a new monthly refill, and rendering pauses until you re-subscribe (rendering requires an active plan). Re-subscribe anytime and your credits and monthly refill resume — no penalties, no waiting period.
What are the AI models behind this?
Visuals: a marketplace of image-to-video models (Wan, Kling, Sora) served via Fal.ai — you choose per short. Voice: ElevenLabs. Storyboard image generation: Gemini 2.5 Flash Image. Script and scene-prompt generation: Claude Haiku by Anthropic. We orchestrate all of these so you don't have to.
Is the content copyright-free?
AI-generated outputs from your chosen video model, Gemini, and ElevenLabs are generally usable for commercial purposes per each provider's terms. You retain rights to your generated shorts. We don't watermark or claim ownership. That said, always do your own due diligence on AI content rights for your specific use case — this isn't legal advice.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused subscription credits are non-refundable (they're treated as a usage allowance, not a deposit). However, if a render fails through our fault, we automatically refund the spent credits back to your balance — no need to ask.
